Standard Course - 3 Hours
- Brief overview of ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation
- Creating portfolio, property and tenant records

Intermediate Course - 3 Hours
The intermediate level course is designed for those who use the software infrequently, have recently attended the standard training, or want to prepare for the advanced training modules. The session is comprised of a 1-1.5 hour case study where the trainer will ensure that everyone is a proficient user of the software. The second half of the session creates a workshop style environment focused on the areas of the software that are most relevant to your business. This session ensures a level of competency in the software that is specifically tailored to your organisational requirements.
Supervisor Course - 3 Hours
The supervisor course is aimed at those people who are responsible for the administration and set-up of ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation. This covers administration/supervisor functions such as:
- Installation
- Master database settings
- Security - setting up of
user log-ins and security rights
- Templates
- Multiple currencies and currency
conversion tables
- Controlling master lists
Advanced Course - 3 Hours (2 Modules)
