One of the Original ARGUS Architects Returns to Work with the Market Leader
Houston, TX, July 2, 2010 - ARGUS Software, the global leader for real estate valuation, analysis, asset and investment management solutions announced today that Steve Bezner has joined the firm as the Vice President in charge of Quality Assurance.
While Steve Bezner is a new hire at ARGUS Software, he is hardly new to the ARGUS organization. Bezner served as a director in the financial applications division of predecessor ARGUS Financial Software from 1995 through 2003 and was one of the original architects behind ARGUS Valuation - DCF, the industry standard valuation solution. In the intervening years, Bezner co-founded Financial Softworks LLC in Houston.
"While there are many opportunities available within the commercial real estate technology marketplace," says Bezner, "the chance to rejoin the market leader particularly considering the impact that I believe ARGUS Enterprise will have on the industry, was too good to pass up."

In his new role, Bezner will not only serve as the Vice President of Quality Assurance, but also will contribute to many other areas of the business. Bezner holds a degree from Texas A&M University and has worked in leadership positions within the software industry for the past 15 years.
