Like all Realm products, Lease Analysis is user-friendly and requires very little training. "Learning the software required almost nothing," Aragon says. "Lease Analysis is simple and straightforward, and easy to set up. I got value out of the suite the first day I used it."
Within Lease Analysis, the net present value feature is Aragon's favorite and most-used feature. He uses it to give landlords and tenants a 360-degree view of transactions.
