Basic Property Set-up (Price: $200.00) This module will set up a basic office property, input miscellaneous revenues and expenses, and input basic tenant information. A cash flow report will be generated to review.
Rent Roll (Price: $200.00) This module will cover the set-up of multiple tenants utilizing complex rent schedules and leasing terms. You will learn to set up detailed market leasing assumptions as well as run tenant level reports and expense reimbursement revenue reports.
Detailed Reimbursement Methods (Price: $200.00) This module will model simple and complex reimbursement methods and apply them to tenants. Individual tenant and expense reimbursement reports will also be used in this module.
Yield Menu and Reports (Price: $200.00) This module will cover the Yield Menu functions in ARGUS Valuation - DCF including purchase price, resale calculations, debit financing, and present value discounting. In addition, there will be a detailed review of the most commonly used reports in ARGUS Valuation - DCF as well as a review of reporting capabilities.
Portfolio (Price: $200.00) This module will create a file which combines the cash flows of two existing properties. Various overrides and scenarios will be applied to the new portfolio file.
Development and Partnerships (Price: $400.00) This module will build a retail property from the ground up. Various construction costs will be input and partnership cash distributions will be modeled.
Unit Sales (Price: $200.00) This module will model a simple development of lots including the construction schedule as well as the sales schedule.
Apartments (Price: $200.00) This module will teach you to model an apartment complex with multiple unit types.
Excel Integration (Price: $200.00) This module will show you how to generate Excel Reports from ARGUS Valuation - DCF models. This session will also include importing information from Excel into ARGUS Valuation - DCF.

Advanced ARGUS Valuation - DCF Overview This module is designed to improve your functional proficiency and conceptual understanding of ARGUS Valuation - DCF. Topics covered in this lesson include templates, property analysis and excel importing.
Advanced ARGUS Valuation - DCF Retail Sales and DRMs This module covers the advanced functionality of Retail Sales and DRMs. Topics covered in this lesson include tiered percent rent and breakpoints, sub-lines, DRM categories and % rent offsets.
Advanced ARGUS Valuation - DCF Yield and Partnerships This module covers the advanced functionality of Yield and Partnerships. Topics covered in this lesson include resale calculation, present value discounting, direct capitalization, auditing steps, and partnership structures.

Intro to ARGUS Developer and Unit Sales (Price: $200.00)
This module will show how to create an ARGUS Developer file from scratch, set up the Timescale in phases and stages, and also set up Unit Sales and Balance of Construction Costs. Finally, we will review the information in our Cash Flow.
Capitalized Rent (Price: $200.00)
This module will show how to create a rental lease structure with various types of rent increases. Additionally, in this session you will be able to enter the balance of Construction Costs. You will also be able to view the Cash Flow, use Schedule View to manipulate entries and learn how to view the Pro Forma report.
Loans and Partnerships (Price: $200.00)
This module will cover entering the construction and permanent loans, as well as modeling interest rates, origination fees and various loan repayment structures. In addition, we will discuss entering partner’s equity contributions and distributions.
Sensitivity Analysis and Reports & Operated Assets (Price: $200.00)
This module will cover the main operation features of the Sensitivity Analysis and Residual Target Mode components in ARGUS Developer. We will also review the main components of the Reporting area, including the reporting options. This module also covers Operated Assets which focuses on managing rent and occupancy rates for business premises, including Hotels, Golf Courses, Marinas, Serviced Apartments, Self Storage and other related asset types.

This module will provide a basic understanding of ARGUS Asset Management, including how to create a new file, model various receipts, disbursements, and basic tenant inputs, as well as understand the speculative renewal profiles. A cash flow report will be generated to review.

Portfolios (Price: $200.00)
This module will create a file which combines the cash flows of multiple existing properties. We will demonstrate how to model global information, such as Chart of Accounts and Portfolio Groups, and we will discuss various overrides and scenarios that can be applied to the new portfolio file.
Development & Partnerships (Price: $200.00)
This module will build a development project that will include various construction costs and lease up assumptions. In addition, we will enter partner's equity contributions and distributions and learn how to understand and evaluate development reports.
