Mark P. Kingston
President and CEO

As the President and CEO of ARGUS Software, Mark is responsible for growing revenues, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening the company’s brand and customer relationships. Mark joined ARGUS Software in 2003 as Vice President and General Manager of ARGUS Software. In 2004, he assumed additional responsibilities including the management of strategy and operations for ARGUS Software's industry-leading financial analysis products, including ARGUS Valuation - DCF, ARGUS Asset Management and ARGUS Property Budget . Prior to ARGUS Software, Mark served in sales, marketing, operations and executive management positions for Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Physicians Resource Group, Izoic, EC Outlook. He holds a BS in Math and Physics from Mount Union College and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

Pius Leung, CCIM, MRICS, CPM, CIPS
Managing Director, Americas

Pius K. Leung serves as the General Manager/Senior Vice President – Americas region of ARGUS Software, Inc. In addition, Leung oversees education initiatives within the company. Prior to joining ARGUS in December 2006, he was the founder and president of Charter Equity, Inc., a full service real estate investment company for fifteen years. In 2005, Leung served as the 39th president of the CCIM Institute and the first ever president of the CCIM Institute born outside the US. He is a faculty member of the CCIM Institute, NAR CIPS Network, and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as visiting professor at the School of International Trade and Economics at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. He has trained real estate professionals around the world in countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Mexico, Korea, Japan and China. Pius has an Honorary Doctor of Finance from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.

Douglas Skogman

As a strong and seasoned executive, Doug directs all of the software development, testing and information technology needs of the Company. His charge is to maintain and further develop ARGUS Software’s role as a cutting-edge, next generation technological solutions provider to the commercial real estate industry. Prior to ARGUS Software, Doug served as the Development Director of the Operations Manager product suite for AspenTech. Prior to AspenTech, Doug led the software development for several organisations including BMC Software, Object Reservoir, Kinesix and Scientific Software-Intercomp. Doug began his career as an engineer and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Bruce Kellogg, MAI, FRICS
SVP, Research and Industry Relations

Bruce Kellogg is charged with advancing ARGUS Software’s industry relations and business development initiatives. Kellogg comes to ARGUS Software after having served terms as the president and immediate past president of the US-based Appraisal Institute and is arguably one of the most notable figures in the US appraisal industry today. His lengthy career has included posts at top firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. Bruce has traveled the world speaking on topics related to standards and the appraisal profession and regularly participates in global standards committees including OSCRE and PISCES.

Paul Throldahl
SVP, World Wide Sales

As the Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Paul Throldahl is responsible for generating and growing worldwide revenues as well as architecting ARGUS Software’s future business development strategies. During the course of his career, Paul has accumulated over 12 years of direct sales and management experience and has built numerous inside and enterprise sales teams from the ground up.
Prior to joining ARGUS Software, Paul was a principal at Insight Venture Partners where he worked closely with the firm’s portfolio companies to improve sales processes and results. Paul also spent time on the executive management team at VoiceGenie Technology Inc., where he lead the global professional services sales organisation. In this capacity, VoiceGenie's revenues increased by over 100%. VoiceGenie won the "Profit 100" industry award and was acquired by Alcatel in 2006.
Before his tenure with VoiceGenie, Paul was the Vice President of Global Sales for TrailBlazer Systems, an e-business company. Under his leadership, TrailBlazer’s revenues increased 40% leading to the firm’s acquisition by NuBridges LLC. Earlier in his career, Paul served as Area Vice President of Sales at Tidal Software, a systems management vendor specialising in job scheduling as well as held senior sales positions at EMC and Platinum Technologies. Paul holds a BBA in Management from the University of Wisconsin.

Jennifer Brenner Andrade
SVP, Marketing

Jennifer oversees all marketing efforts for the Financial Analysis division, including market research, events and trade shows, lead generation, industry partnerships, promotions and public and media relations. She also manages ARGUS Software’s corporate marketing and public relations tasks. Jennifer brings extensive knowledge of the real estate industry from her previous career as a journalist. Jennifer has published over 1,000 articles on the commercial real estate industry. Previous positions include Senior Researcher, Managing Editor of a large corporate web site. She has been a correspondent for GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Forum, GRID and Executive Decision magazines, and has published a series of columns centred around marketing. Jennifer holds a BA in History from Brigham Young University.

Robert Simmons
SVP, MIS-IT

As the Vice President of MIS/IT, Robert is responsible for the underlying technology and systems that support both the tactical and strategic goals that power ARGUS Software. Robert joined ARGUS Financial Software (a predecessor to ARGUS Software) in 1999 in the development group, working in the area of product testing, test automation, product install builds, and programming. Robert’s career includes a position with WesternGeco (formerly Western Geophysical) as a seismic offshore processing crew supervisor. Robert graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a BS degree in Biochemical Engineering and a second bachelor’s degree in Economics.

John Lim
SVP, World Wide Support

As the Senior Vice President of Operations, John is responsible for developing operational efficiencies within the company as well as managing the client support, training, university program and client services departments within the financial analysis group. Additionally, John has been tasked with developing ARGUS Software's infrastructure and operational strategies in emerging markets. John has been with the company since 1996 and possesses an in depth knowledge of the products and business processes of the company. John holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas.

Richard T. Schwartz
SVP, Global Services

Rick currently oversees ARGUS Software’s global service group and channel partner relationships providing implementation, transaction support and other associated services related to ARGUS Software products.
Prior to joining ARGUS Software, Rick was a Principal at treeSoft, a real estate Software and Consulting firm, from 1995 through 2007. During this tenure he served and Director of Consulting Services and spearheaded many of the organizations largest global consulting engagements including software implementations, optimization and process reviews, systems integration and underwriting/due diligence. This included engagements throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. He also participated significantly in the design, development, implementation and support of treeSoft’s portfolio management, valuation and lease analysis products – currently ARGUS Enterprise and ARGUS Lease Analysis.
With over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Vertical, he was also Vice President of Investment Sales and Corporate Services at Binswanger International responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, portfolio valuations and corporate advisory services. He also spent several years at Arthur Anderson and Company in the Real Estate Tax, Consulting and Appraisal Departments.
Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick.

Paul Broadley
Director of Product Development

Paul oversees the creation of ARGUS Software's industry leading ARGUS Valuation - Capitalisation and Development - Budget. Paul started work with Circle Software, now part of ARGUS Software, in 1993 and was made IT Director in 2001, primarily responsible for the Property Valuation Product - Visual Investor. Paul holds a BSc in Computing Science from Glasgow University.

Claudia Wieninger
Sales and Marketing Manager, UK/Europe

Claudia’s main responsibilities are to oversee all marketing, develop new opportunities, expand further into Europe, build client relationships and offer the best possible service.
Claudia joined ARGUS Software (then Circle Software) in 2001. Some of her main achievements are increasing revenues by over 100% since joining; setting up and continuous improvement of the sales processes; bringing on board major clients such as ING Real Estate, Aldar Properties, Kenmore Group of Companies a.s.o.
Prior to joining ARGUS Software, Claudia was active in the travel industry and worked for various tour operators. A native Austrian, Claudia moved to the UK in 1994. She holds an MBA from The Open University and is bilingual in English and German.

Kate Poole
Director, Client Support

Kate Poole qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1995 and worked in private practice in London, specialising in valuation. She joined ARGUS Software in 2002 and now heads up the Client Support Team in our London office.

David Robinson
Development Director, ARGUS Developer
|
|
David Robinson serves as the Development Director for ARGUS Developer. Based in the London office, he joined the company in 1994. During his time here, he gained solid real estate knowledge through his involvement with a wide range of clients at all stages of the sales and support process.
David was charged with the responsibility of rewriting the established DOS Developer program in Windows with the aim of providing a consistent, easy to use interface. In 2003, he developed the new Finance and Advanced Finance modules which have been one of the major enhancements of the program to date.
At present, he is responsible for the ongoing programming management of the ARGUS Developer product.

Soh Har Pang
Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Soh Har Pang is tasked with the growth, operations and development of the Asia-Pacific region. She manages the activities in this region from ARGUS Software’s offices in Singapore. During her tenure with the company, Soh Har has served in product and project management, operations and sales, and project engineering positions for the Asia region. She has led the charge to develop a significant foothold in the local commercial real estate industry. Soh Har graduated with honors from Nanyang Technological University, earning a BS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She has obtained an MBA from the Nanyang Fellows Programme in collaboration with the MIT's Sloan Fellows Program.

Patrick Ng
SVP, Operations, Asia Pacific

As Vice President of Operations for the Asia-Pacific region, Patrick’s responsibilities include business development, channel management and general operations in the Asia Pacific region, and is currently leading a team of developers and consultants in the Singapore office. Patrick is also responsible for developing new and emerging markets such as Korea, China, Middle-East and India. During his tenure with ARGUS Software, Patrick has served as a Product Manager for the communication solutions business and the real estate solutions team. Patrick graduated with honors from the University of Glasgow, earning a BS degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and holds a diploma in Information Technology Security.

Terry Gowan
Director of Client Services, Oceanic

Terry Gowan serves as the General Manager of ARGUS Software's Oceanic division in our Sydney, Australia office. Terry founded Circle Software’s Asia Pacific operation in Sydney in 2003 which later merged with ARGUS Software in 2006.
Terry has helped build the local office seeing the region’s revenues doubling, year-on-year, since inception.
Terry has extensive experience in complex computer network integration projects, commercial software implementations and the real estate industry. Prior to taking on the Director’s role with Circle in Australia, Terry served in a senior capacity for two other international construction and property management software companies, was VP of Sales & Marketing for an IT start-up firm and held a Sales and General Manager position for a successful computer network integration company dating back to the early 90’s.
Terry graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Commerce degree in Management, Information Systems. Terry is a regular guest lecturer at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) and the Australian Property Institute (API) where he teaches the fundamentals of discount cash flows and real estate project feasibilities.
Terry has worked in construction and has been involved in property development and real estate transactions in some form since the late 80’s.
Terry considers it a privilege to be in a position to work with some of the most respected real estate companies across the Oceanic region and the World with regards to their software and technology requirements.
