Professor Kawaguchi has published numerous books on real estate finance, and is a pioneer in the adoption of discounted cash flow (DCF) methodology in Japan.
Jeff Fisher, Ph.D., is the Director of Research for NCREIF as well as a Professor of finance and real estate at Indiana University. Professor Fisher has published extensively; completed numerous research projects that were funded by NCREIF, PREA and the Real Estate Research Institute; and is a well-known expert in the industry.
Felix B. Maduro is the vice president of the Feduro Group, a privately owned, family-run company that specializes in distributing products in Panama from various corporations including Kodak and Gillette among many others. Felix holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is very active in business and civics in Panama. He has served on the board of directors for the
Superintendence of Banks in Panama as well as has held several key board positions on the boards of specific banks.
Further, Felix has served as the past president of the Panama Chamber of Commerce and has represented the Chamber as a delegate in many key issues such as negotiations for Panama’s entry into the World Trade Organization and the current negotiations for free trade between Panama and the US. Felix has also accompanied Panama’s current President on an official state visit to Mexico where he was able to interact with many key leaders in that country.

She has earned widespread recognition as being thorough, innovative and market wise. Jesse Carrillo, Vice President - Chief Information Officer, Hines, is responsible for directing all corporate technology, strategy and standards for Hines worldwide. Jesse is a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBA's (NSHMBA), CIO Executive Council, and serves on the Realcomm International Advisory Council after having served as co-chair in 2010. Neil Shah, Managing Director, RICS Americas, is responsible for managing RICS' presence in the US, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Most recently, Neil was vice president, business development at NorthMarq Real Estate Services where he was responsible for securing new business and accelerating NorthMarq's services growth. Neil started his career at Pratt & Whitney, a provider of aircraft engines and services, where he held positions in sales, customer services and program management. He holds and an M.B.A. from Emory University, a B.S. in aerospace engineering/B.A. in economics from Boston University and an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
